Introducing Isla Labs

Isla Labs is a product studio focused on next-generation technologies. We currently seek to create consumer-grade user experiences in DeFi: platforms that hold up to institutional scrutiny while serving millions (if not billions with the onset of Agent-to-Agent economies) of users over time.

What we are building

Our flagship product is HighPotential, a DeFi market that enables users to invest in professional sports stars across any timeframe to earn Performance-Based Returns (PBR).

A downstream effect of the demand-side incentives built into HP’s smart contracts, is that the price of each asset can organically oscillate around performance parity on a perpetual scale, without any centralized price controls.

The platform converts real-time player performance data into variable staking yield through a proprietary algorithm. We will have more to say about HighPotential — and the other products in our pipeline — in the coming months.

We believe in building in the open. This site is where we will publish development updates, technical write-ups, and announcements as our products move toward launch.
